Weekly health messages
Every plan, including Basic, includes a weekly health message sent to you and your nominated family contact over WhatsApp. Short, practical, and part of the same chat you already use for reminders. No separate app, no extra data.
The Family Health Academy
The Family Health Academy is a web platform that goes deeper: practical courses on recognising a stroke, responding to choking, managing diabetic emergencies, and staying on top of medication at home. Courses include videos, quizzes, and a certificate of completion. It's bundled into every MAATLA plan rather than sold as a separate product.
Family Health Academy certificates are non-accredited and do not certify clinical or CPR competence.
